Courier costs and insurance
Courier fees are for the sender's account. If you decline our offer, the return courier fees are also for your account. Ask us to confirm the applicable charges before arranging collection or return.
You are responsible for arranging insurance for your goods to and from The Gold Guys offices. The Gold Guys does not provide transit insurance. Confirm suitable cover with your courier or insurer before sending your items.

- We use the latest testing equipment and calibrated scales to assess your metals and stones fairly and explain the offer.
- You decide whether to accept the offer. If you decline, contact us to arrange the return of your items, with return courier costs and transit insurance for your account.
How long does collection take?
Collection and delivery timing will be confirmed with you when the courier arrangements are made. Contact us before sending your items; an enquiry does not book a collection automatically.
